Paul Carpenter Associates, Inc. (PCA) provides air emissions modeling assessments and has worked through several iterations of the United State Environmental Protection Agency's air emissions models. PCA is completely versed with utilizing MOVES2014a and individual County Data Manager files which supports both mesoscale and microscale analyses.
PCA performs mesoscale pollutant analyses for pollutants such as carbon monoxide (CO), precursors of ozone (NOx and VOC), particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) and Mobile-Source Air Toxics (MSATs), including Polycyclic Organic Matter (POM). Since there is growing evidence that humans do influence climate change, PCA remains vigilant on updated regulations and modeling methodologies pertaining to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy usage.
PCA is completely versed with hot-spot or microscale modeling for CO, PM2.5 and PM10 utilizing USEPA guidance and approved models such as CAL3QHC/CAL3QHCR and AERMOD.
